A Sphere of Water Orbiting a Star is conceived as a sensory portal through the sonic imagination of marine mutation and interhydratic travel between liquid planets.
Featuring an unreleased conversation between A Remnant of a Hydrogen Element and Kodwo Eshun, A Sphere of Water Orbiting a Star expands the depths of the Drexicyan mythos to galactic scale via a visceral philosophy of aquatic physics and one of its many possible programmatic sonifications.
The Spatialisation and speaker arrangement are site-specific.
